Golden Chance driving license in Abu Dhabi Requirements

You should hold a valid driving license. If you have a driving license from India, Pakistan, Philippines, Brazil, Russia, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Uganda or Zimbabwe, you will be eligible to take a golden chance. Total cost of golden chance driving license in Abu Dhabi will range from AED 2500 to AED 3000. Holder of Dubai visa can apply for Abu Dhabi driving license golden chance if his sponsoring company has a branch in Abu Dhabi under the same name or if he has an attested tenancy contract (TAWTHEEQ) in Abu Dhabi. If you pass the golden chance you will obtain a UAE driving license and if you fail, you have to take some driving classes.

Golden Chance driving license in Abu Dhabi Step by Step

1. The first step is to do the eye test at any approved shop. You can visit the nearest shop to you with your Emirates ID. It will cost you AED 100. The optician shop will upload the result to the traffic system.

2. Get legal translation of your driving license with us. We will do the Arabic translation and submit the application to the traffic system. You will receive approval message from the traffic department. Documents required: Emirates ID, your original driving license and one photograph. If you are on Dubai visa, you need to submit a copy of the commercial license of your company in Abu Dhabi or an attested tenancy contract. Total cost: AED 100

3. Open the driving file through TAMM application. It will cost you AED 200 if you do by yourself or AED 250 if you do through us (AED 200 for traffic+ AED 50 our office charges).

4. Book the theory classes through Emirates driving company website. It will cost you AED 1243.

5. Book a date for your driving test through TAMM application and get a training certificate. These other fees will be around AED 1000 as it includes exam fees and driving license issuing fees.

6. You will obtain your license if you pass the direct test.
